Reports to: Sr. Director, Global Customer Success

You will:

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • Analyze and understand client business requirements and translate client objectives into technical documentation (SoW);
  • Develop/monitor overall implementation schedule (including all functional, customization and integration/technical projects) to meet client objectives;
  • Facilitate the development of functional/technical specifications to meet client’s functional, enhancement, and integration requirements during implementation. This includes doing an assessment before, during, and after implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments and be able to respond to their needs promptly.
  • Prevent, Identify, Quantify, Communicate risks internally and externally;
  • Manage ongoing implementation, project documentation, and ensure projects and teams are within utilization and budget targets

You have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role in services implementation and delivery
  • Experience working with clients in the Large Accounts, Enterprise space
  • Great understanding of consulting processes and software implementation
  • A firm grasp in the areas of application programming and system design and a natural inclination to resolve problems to customers and making customers successful
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills both written and spoken
  • Ability to “think on the fly”
  • Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, high energy, demanding entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in E-Learning / Learning Management industry;
  • Knowledge of PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Amazon AWS, Enterprise Level Application, Resque;
  • Knowledge of Project management principals;
  • Previous experience in a high-growth organization;
  • Spanish or Portuguese language is a plus.
