Our ideal candidate is driven, curious, intelligent, and brings a solid prior experience in sales management in SaaS. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and coaching the NA Account Executive team. She/he is expected to understand the Client journey, the Docebo platform, and should be comfortable explaining technical scenarios involving SSO, API’s, cloud hosting via AWS, etc. The ideal candidate also loves to have fun, laugh, and wants to build something bigger than themselves.

Report to: Director of Sales North America

You will:

  • Inspire your team with your vision for them
  • Develop and Coach your team on a professional and personal level
  • Challenge your team to meet growing sales goals
  • Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed set quotas
  • Build confidence and trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
  • Work well with other sales managers, directors and executives
  • Supervise and conduct trainings on skills improvement, inbound sales and learning & development topics
  • Maintain headcount and continue to grow your team through hiring top talent
  • Continuously coach and teach sales reps in developing a strong sales process to close their opportunities to meet revenue goals
  • Continuously encourage and develop discipline in your sales team with regards to updating the CRM timely and with high quality information

You have:

  • Naturally positive attitude
  • 1-5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success
  • SaaS specific sales experience
  • HCM experience is a plus
  • Superior coaching skills
  • Passion for helping sales reps improve
  • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
  • Personal responsibility to crush team goals
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent knowledge
